#PublishingReinvented 140 - Anyone for SKAG?
SKAG? Focusing on the Ball.
SKAG stands for Single Keyword Ad Group. The idea is that after a month or two with Amazon ads you discover that x keyword produces most of your sales. You then create an ad with that single keyword.
But why?
So that you can focus on that successful keyword. So that you can make sure the ad budget is not spent on alternatives and also that you can seek to dominate that keyword or at least get seen more often for it.
This is a legitimate online ad strategy that is often used for a wide range of products and services. And yes, you can end up with a series of SKAG ads, each focused on a single keyword.
Do they work? Yes, we get good results with these and have been doing these for authors for over a year.
We don’t have the time to waste on hundreds of keyword ads. Our authors want results and then more results. We need to hit the ball hard into the court and win.
Test a SKAG ad today and tell us your results.
