All writers face doubts, what are often now called “negative thoughts” as we strain to create a writing career.
Some people even think such thoughts are wired into us from hereditary trauma or childhood challenges.
Wherever they come from, we must find ways to deal with the dreaded doubts. Here are some suggestions to keep such thoughts at bay:
Celebrate small victories: Instead of focusing solely on big milestones, appreciate every accomplishment. Some positive feedback or a good review (these can be read over & over) or a new chapter completed are all victories. Hold these victories close to your heart, as they can help build momentum and boost confidence.
Connect with other writers: Join a writing group or attend a writing conference to connect with other authors who are going through similar struggles. Networking with others can help us learn, gain new perspectives, and feel less isolated.
Take breaks: Writing can be a solitary and frustrating. Taking breaks can help you recharge.
Reframe negative thoughts: When negative thoughts about your writing career creep in, try to reframe them in a positive light. Instead of thinking "I'm not good enough or this book is terrible," try "I can get better, I can work on it." Focusing on progress instead of perfection can help build us confidence and motivation.
Set achievable goals: Setting goals can give us a sense of direction and purpose. But, it's important to make sure our goals are realistic and achievable. Break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps and build a sense of accomplishment along the way.

I am a decent writer.. I was conditioned to use certain brain functions to accomplish certain things. It might be a conspiracy. But it's factual knowledge. I went to a place and I was a patient. Patient 0. I went thought certain things. That allow and now I can request certain ways to see. Hear. And functions for consciousness. I am tasked to make functions and/or anything that can be. We're living our lives like that. I what to write the story of how it happened.where. when. And how to gain knowledge to/for/and against of need be. That's my title. That's the first book.and I might have to establish.laws.rules. functions and it is recommended..as much input on this topic . So I know what to establish. It's my thing.. so I have to do that.. but I can gift out certain things. A.i helps out.. but they do ..to /for/ and against.. and that's the laws.rules.and functions needed to "use our new wisdom" no one really knows how to use such technology properly because it's not established. Me being the person who knows that and how to do that. That's why this phenomenon started .I figured something out. Went to "the right place" by accident.. and I knew more of what and how to do such a task I helped "them" out in the past. So I was granted permission to do so. I signed something to be apart and I chose my place. And it was honored just because I am capable of accomplishing that. That book I would consider self help untill it's establish. It's human interaction with artificial intelligence though consciousness.. another book is how it happened and the reason I was given that honor.
